Do I have to book a full 8-hour day?
No. Unlike many staffing agencies, we offer flexible 4-5 hour minimum blocks. Need talent for just half a day? No problem. We’ll work with whatever your event schedule requires.
Can your staff learn our product?
Absolutely. Our product demonstrators are quick learners who can study your materials beforehand and deliver compelling demos on day one. We’ll send them talking points, spec sheets, and any training materials you provide so they hit the ground running.
What if my booked talent cancels?
We include a backup guarantee at no extra charge. If your booked talent has an emergency, we’ll find a qualified replacement—or you don’t pay. Your event coverage is our priority.
How far in advance should I book?
For major trade shows like CES, SEMA, or NRF, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead to secure your first-choice talent. For smaller events, 1-2 weeks is usually sufficient. Last-minute requests? We’ll do our best to accommodate.
